Free Discovery Call

We spend 20–30 minutes understanding where you are in your career, where you want to be, and what's currently blocking you. This shapes your entire mentoring plan.

We build your career profile — current Band, target Band, timeline, CPD gaps, and the 3 biggest obstacles standing between you and your goal. This is your mentoring foundation document.

Monthly Progress Sessions

Each month we meet, review progress against your goals, address what's come up, and plan the next 30 days. Every session has an agenda and every session ends with clear actions.

Mentoring Questions

Is there a minimum commitment?
We recommend a minimum of 3 months to see meaningful progress — career development takes time. However, we don't tie you into long contracts. Discuss your situation on the free discovery call and we'll agree an arrangement that works for you.
Is mentoring different from the one-off services?
Yes. One-off services (supporting statement, CV rewrite, interview coaching) address a specific, immediate need. Mentoring is ongoing — we build a relationship, track your progress over time, and provide continuous strategic guidance. Many clients start with a one-off service and move to mentoring after their first success.
Do you work with Band 7 and above?
Yes. Senior NHS professionals face distinct challenges — navigating organisational politics, building a leadership profile, preparing for 8a/8b applications, or transitioning into management. We work with clients across all Bands, including senior clinical and operational leaders.
